The hotel is great and the staff is even greater. The overall decoration of the whole premisses is very beautiful and there's a nice garden facing all rooms. The room was spacious and clean, the bathroom has a good size and the bath space is big. The shower has a good volume of water and the heating works fine. The room also has a closet, a drying rack for clothes (very helpful with all the hot springs and rain), a small fridge and air conditioning. There are two pools and they are well cleaned. But the staff is the real highlight of the hotel. Everyone is super friendly, polite and helpful. They cook an amazing breakfast and can also help finding the best tours. I couldn't have asked for a better stay at La Fortuna. Highly recommended. Thanks everyone for the great stay, keep up the good work!

Extra Bonus: a sloth lives in the trees of the parking and the hotel staff will help you to spot it. It's way closer and better than the sloth park. Room are quite spacious and clean, swimming pool small. Breakfast only 3 simple options
